fobp 2006 - PRESENT
13 years after the last Far Off Broadway Players production "The Second Time Around", we made a comeback. With the reopening of the Historic Plaza Theatre in downtown Glasgow, KY the Far Off Broadway Players found a new purpose. Since 2006 FOBP have produced a minimum of 2 plays per year both at the Plaza Theatre and more recently Dinner Theatre productions at the Cave City Convention Center. In August of 2017 the board hired veteran actor/director Paul Glodfelter as a full-time Artistic Director. In 2023 Catt fitzgerald joined the group as a full-time technical director. Now the Far Off Broadway proudly produce 5 shows each year beginning in March and ending in December. Below is a photo from the first show of 2006.
