Paul Glodfelter has been the full-time Artistic Director for the Far Off Broadway Players since August of 2017. Before taking over the reins, Paul was a full-time, professional actor/director who has worked for theatres across the country. Some of his favorite regional acting credits include George Banks in “Mary Poppins” for the Legacy Theatre in Tyron, GA, Wallace Scott in “Route 66” for Circa 21 Dinner Theatre in Rock Island, IL and Captain Bracket in “South Pacific” in a 22 week, three theatre tour for Prather Entertainment Group. Paul also spent three years as a full-time ensemble member for Kentucky Repertory Theatre in Horse Cave. He’s also a playwright. His original play, “Sleep In Safety-the Death of Octavia Hatcher” had it’s debut at Jenny Wiley Theatre (Now Appalachian Center for the Arts) in Pikeville, KY in 2014. The play will see a revival in Pikeville in 2024! With the addition of FOBP’s new Office and Rehearsal Space in downtown Glasgow, Paul hopes to create a home where any community member is welcome to come learn about theatre through acting classes and workshops!

Catt Fitzgerald (Technical Director) - Catt is excited to join the staff of FOBP as technical director in 2023. Before moving to Glasgow, she had held many technical roles in professional theatre. During her six years at Kentucky Repertory Theatre she served as resident designer and technical director, overseeing production design, staffing, and the apprenticeship program. Having worked as a freelance costume designer for 20+ years, Catt is acutely aware of the many hands that are required to see a production to fruition. As former costume shop manager for WKU, she instructed many students in technical skills, and managed the production schedule. Catt has performed in numerous productions, children’s shows, and toured as an educational puppeteer with Kids On The Block over the years. Catt is eager to use her background in education, performance, and technical theatre to train and develop our volunteers as well as connecting to the greater theatre community.
